Payment Methods

You can complete your order using one of the following payment methods:

Credit or Debit Card


We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, and American Express through Shopify Payments and Viva Wallet. All transactions are 100% secure.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

You can pay with cash upon delivery, with no additional charge.

  • COD is available only for orders within Greece & Cyprus.
  • COD is not available for orders over €250.

If a customer repeatedly refuses to accept orders without justification, we reserve the right to restrict their checkout to prepaid payment methods only (Card or Viva Wallet).

Store Credit


If you have received store credit from a previous return, you can use it during checkout as a payment method.


To use your store credit:

  • Make sure you are logged into the account you used for your original order.

  • At checkout, your available store credit will appear automatically and can be applied to your total.

Store credit can be used for any future order.
If your new order total is lower than the store credit amount, the remaining balance will stay available in your account.
If your order total is higher, you can pay the difference with card ro COD.

Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.

 

All payments are processed in a secure environment with full data encryption and privacy protection.
